LG has revealed its first medical imaging devices designed to deliver high resolution accurate imagery within a range of hospital settings. The LG 8MP Surgical Monitor, LG 8MP Clinical Review Monitor and LG Digitalized X-Ray Detector for Radiography, will mark LG’s venture into new business.
These three new monitors have been designed with the medical industry in mind. With the enhanced image quality including super high resolution to aid collaborative working between multidiscipline teams. Ultra wide 27” diagonal diameter for full immersion during procedures with lightweight and durable designs.
27-inch LG 8MP Surgical Monitor:
The 27-inch LG 8MP Surgical Monitor offers brightness levels of up to 800 Nits. And covers more than 99% of the RGB colour space with additional dedicated to the deep red spectrum. The clarity of the 8MP UHD panel helps doctors perform technically complex procedures. And the monitor’s IPS tech enables multiple medical professionals to view the monitor from different angles with minimal colour shift.
LG 8MP Clinical Review Monitor:
The Clinical Review Monitor is a 27-in IPS monitor that delivers 3840 x 2160 pixels that’s DICOM compliant.
It has backlight stabilisation technology to guarantee stable luminance levels. Dynamic Sync Mode reduces input lag, while Flicker Safe and Reader Mode settings are designed to help reduce eye strain
LG Digitalized X-Ray Detector for Radiography:
LG’s DXD uses 16-bit image processing and a pixel pitch range as small as 127 micrometers. It also has a magnesium and carbon fibre body and an IP41 rating for water and dust resistance
